1. How long are shipping times?

Most deliveries are with our customers within 5-10 days for our Travel Collection as they are made to order within the UK,  and 7-12 days for Clothing.

2. What is your returns & refunds policy?

Clothing

We are happy to accept to accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. We do not currently accept exchanges.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order, and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

4. What happens if the item is damaged in any way?

Travel Collection

If a product is faulty in any way, you are welcome to return it within 14 days. Contact us using the contact form, quoting your name and order number. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Manufacturer faults cover scratches on the product, stitching issues and hemming issues.
